- Depending on the package weight, destination, and customer preference, all orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Orders over $300 are eligible for Free Shipping! Orders placed by 2PM PST are shipped the same day and orders after 2PM are shipped the next business day.

- Fotocomm takes your privacy and security very seriously. Your information is only used by Fotocomm and is never sold to third-party companies.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returning defective products has never been easier. All products can be returned directly to Fotocomm for replacement or credit rather than dealing with each manufacturer individually. Fotocomm stands behind every product we sell and strive to make the return process as quick and efficient as possible.

- Orders can be placed many convenient ways: through your sales representative or directly to Fotocomm by phone (503-631-8346), email (sales@fotocomm.com), or by fax (503-631-8348).
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment options include NET 30 and Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card payments. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
- Pricing changes weekly so contact your sales representative for the latest price lists. Your sales representative will keep you informed with all the current promotions and clearance savings.
- Viewing Orders
- This website currently serves as a brochure to provide our customers with product information but we'll soon be transitioning our ordering and accounting system over so you'll be able to see your orders as they are inputted and processed.
